The award given to the company demonstrates the highest degree of compliance with the rules and regulations of disclosure obligations to the Nigerian Stock Exchange in the year under review. According to the management of the stock exchange, the emergence of the winning company came as a result of its clear demonstration and adherence to the rules of corporate governance in all dealings. According to the evaluation team, even though there were others who showed exemplary performance in that regard,Transcorp attention to details offer it the edge to emerge top spot.
Accepting the award on behalf of Transcorp, Chairman of the company,Heir Holdings, Tony O.
