An e-wallet and online payment platform, PalmPay has explained why her customers can't access their accounts or make any transactions.
Some of the customers of the online financial service company have been experiencing difficult in accessing their account or make any withdrawal since the last few hours.
In a statement on the official verified Facebook page of the company, PalmPay says:"it has come to our attention that there are reports of PalmPay accounts being hacked. Please be aware that this is incorrect information as there are no fraudulent activities going on with PalmPay.
"We are currently experiencing system downtime and are working hard to ensure that all services are restored as soon as possible. As always, our customers come first, and we will do everything in our power to provide you with the best service possible."
