813 Nigerians have died from COVID-19, says NCDC

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Wednesday night announced that the country has recorded 543 new cases of Coronavirus .



The centre, through its twitter handle, further revealed that there are so far 38,344 confirmed cases in Nigeria, with  15,815 patients discharged with 813 deaths recorded



The state-by-state breakdown of cases recorded on Wednesday reads thus:



Lagos-180 FCT-86 Kaduna-56 Edo-47 Ondo-37 Kwara-35 Ogun-19 Rivers-19 Kano-17 Ebonyi-16 Enugu-16 Delta-7 Bayelsa-4 Bauchi-3 Abia-1
