Tinubu keeps mum after meeting Buhari again

President Muhammadu Buhari again on Friday met with the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, behind closed doors.

The meeting was held inside the President’s office at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

This is the second time the duo would meet during the week, having met on Wednesday.

Unlike on Wednesday, Tinubu did not speak with State House correspondents at the end of Friday’s meeting.

He had on Wednesday said his meeting with the President was about the nation, the citizens, peace, stability and economic progress.

He had also faulted the calls for the removal of the party’s national chairman, Adams Oshiomhole.

“Party is supreme. Party must be respected. Abuses will not do it and anger will not do it. It is party politics, somebody will win and somebody will lose,” he had said.
